Have a question about what to expect when you come to Blush? Browse the below FAQS and if you don't find your answer feel free to contact us!
How do I get started at Blush?
Sign up online here or feel free to come down 10 minutes before your first class and we'll get you all set up! First time clients can take a $10 class , 7 days of unlimited classes for $25 or our current special, $50 for the first month of unlimited. We recommend the week or the month option so you can try out a variety of different classes during your week.
What should I wear?
A workout tank and activewear leggings or capris are great. You can wear barre socks (which we sell if you need a pair) or you can go barefoot. Weprovide you with a mat, weights and any other prop you may need. Just bring a water bottle!
How many times a week should I come?
We offer a variety of classes to make Blush Studios a daily stop for you if you wish! To see optimal results and get the full barre effect, we recommend coming at least 2-3x/week. We would be happy to work with you on setting your weekly workout plan whether that's a couple times a week or daily!
I'm a beginer, where should I start?
We welcome both beginner and experienced levels in all of the barre classes and provide modifications throughout the class to fit your needs. Use the $50 first month to try out all of our classes and instructors.
Do I need to make a reservation for class?
We would encourage you to signup for classes online whenever possible. As classes fill up this will ensure your spot and is a great way to get it on the calendar and keep you accountable to yourself to get your workout in! If you forget no worries! Still feel free to come drop in and see if there's a spot open. Please see our cancellation policy below.
Do you have childcare available during class?
We have had clients ask if it's okay to bring their kiddos to class. Unfortunately, we aren't set up as a daycare and are not able to have kids come with you to class or hang out in the boutique. We appreciate your respect of this policy and are happy to try and help connect babysitters with clients if needed.
What is your class cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy - If a class reservation is cancelled less than 4 hours before the class starts it is considered a late cancel. If the late cancel is for a class that is full and/or waitlisted, it will result in that class being deducted from your existing package or clients with unlimited memberships will be charged a fee of $10.00.
